I have been looking at e bikes for a while before l stopped in this store.I am so glad l did! The staff was super helpful and did a great job helping me pick the correct bike for me.they did not just want to sell me a bike they wanted to sell me the RIGHT bike for ME. The owners spent time with me making sure l understood everything about the bike. I absolutely love my new bike and I am so glad l found this shop!

Very professional, very helpful, knew his job well.Good attitude and very pleasant.I recommend Florida ebikes to anyone serious about their e-bike, or looking to purchase a new one.From the lowest entry tier to the highest professional build, Florida e-bikes has very competitive pricing.The bike mechanic was a wealth of information, which he gave freely and without the usual arrogance and air of contempt, associated with most cycling retailers.All said and done, a very pleasant experience.😀👍

It was good German food but not authentic as Schnitzel kitchen or Siegfried's. However I would go back. It was under staffed and the Schnitzel preparation was delayed to the need of flirting with a Customer.

We were full of questions and Allan answered everyone. We bought 2 Bagi ebikes but we didn't test ride one of them and unfortunately when we got home, 1 of the bike's PAS was not working. We took it back and Allan exchanged it immediately. Customer service was outstanding. We spent the rest of the weekend riding them and having so much fun!
