Not sure why my profile says Kevin smh my name is Stephanie. Anyway I went Into the bike shop last week and Brian (salesman) Brendon (mechanic, hope that’s how you spell it) were absolutely awesome. Super hospitable and both extremely informed about bikes. Brendon explained to me what exactly was wrong with the bike and how to avoid certain accidents. Even noticed when parts of the bike were lose ( probably saved my life lol 😅). Brian was extremely nice. Offered me water while I waited ❣️ and gave some informed recommendations for a new bike. Most definitely will be buying my electric bike here. Love businesses with kind and good people. Highly recommend!
I have always wanted an electric bike However, I do not understand much about them. I was fortunate to come across Florida e-bikes and work with the wonderful staff there. They answered all my questions, personally went through their inventory and gave me feedback on the different bikes available. When I fell in love with a particular bike that had not yet been built, they asked me to give them an hour and put it together right there and then. I tested it outside on their track receiving helpful hints from the staff. They installed a softer bike seat, something for my phone and my water and even delivered the bike to my home that evening. I highly recommend this Bike store and their wonderful staff and owner .

Called at the last minute, Kathleen was so helpful. Told us to arrive the next morning and our bikes would be ready. She gave us great ideas of where to go on our E-bikes. Bikes were comfortable and easy to ride. We will definitely rent from Florida E-bikes again. So glad we were able to support local business.
We are so glad we decided to visit Florida Ebikes in Sarasota! My Husband and I had decided on purchasing Ebikes because we are both in our late 60's and wanted something to do for better health that was not as boring as walking, which we have been doing. Our friends had EBikes and we wanted to join them in riding. As soon as we met Kathleen we decided right then and there we would not look anywhere else. She was very accommodating and friendly and we knew we could trust her on our purchase. We had done our own research and decided on Mokwheel bikes. Now Kathleen was in process of moving into a new location but even as busy as she was she still helped us and kept in communication daily for 3 days and had our bikes waiting for us at her new location. That day of purchase we met Brian and some of her staff who were all so friendly and assisted us with the bike rack for our truck and getting the bikes safely and secured for our travel home. Brian gave us both test drives and gave me assurance after not riding a bike in over 30 years I could ride the bike and love it, he was right. We got the best deals on the purchase of the 2 bikes and they honored all the discounts and benefits that were on the Mokwheels website for the Labor day sale. So we know we made the right choice. Thanks to Kathleen and her staff again for making our purchase easy.
What a fantastic shop! Took my Bagi Bike to Brian. Walked in with it they greeted me immediately. Took my bike immediately and started working on it. They had the issue fixed in 35 minutes. Fixed other little things as well. That they didn’t charge me for. I felt very comfortable and reassured that i could bring it in anytime ..The fast service there was the best I’ve seen in any bike shop. The extra 40 minute drive was well worth it.I highly recommend Florida Bike Shop.

What a TREASURE for Sarasota!!! If you don't own an ebike already these great people will make you feel very comfortable!! I recommend them to all my friends!! They love dogs there as well!! They are extremely reasonable on their prices and significantly LOWER than everyone else!! You will pay half what you expect to pay and want to tip them well because they are very friendly and helpful and generous with what they will do for you for free on top of what you are paying for. This is EXACTLY what community IS ABOUT !!! I cannot recommend them enough. FLORIDA EBIKES is the only place you need for ebike repairs and new ebikes!!!

Kathleen refunded my money picked up the bike(I really like this woman). I was to go back and purchased a second bike from the factory. They shipped it to E Bikes Sarasota.There they assembled the bike at a nominal price and I took delivery. I love my new Blix bike.I plan on having all my service and purchases Done with Kathleen at E BIKES Sarasota.What a great place to buy an E-Bike. Jack S
Ive bought many bikes in my life however the big sur is the best bike todate my kids love to ride them and enjoy going all over siesta key with them. I plan on buying more when the new stock arrives. Truly an amazing peddle assist and great riding bike. My kids love them!

Took my bike to another bike shop they tooks 3 weeks and didn’t fix a thing one excuse after another. Took my Ebike to Florida Ebike, they fixed it in 1 day and runs like a new bike, and everyone was nice and helpful! so happy thank you Florida Ebike !!
The husband and wife owners are totally into biking and very attentive and helpful especially to anyone exploring getting into or back into biking. I like these people so much that even bikes that they don't necessarily carry I want them minimally to setup any bike I own. After over 40 years since the last time I even got onto a bike I purchased a Mokwheel Obsidian that was like a "gateway" back into a sport that I forgot just how much I missed. Only after a few weeks I'm looking into a new and unique eBike.I love going on excursions to places to eat with my new eBike.
Kathleen was a pleasure to speak and work with. Ben was able ti get both my husband's bike and my bike (which took a tumble) back in tip top shape. Very knowledgeable and all around nice people to work with. We drove a bit to come here, but it was definitely worth the trip! We will be back, thanks again guys.
Rented two e-bikes for a full day and rode the Legacy Trail down to Dona Bay (about 30 mi). Being able to ride into the wind with minimal effort was a great experience. Got back, charged for a few hours and rode to Siesta Key with my wife. Being able to bypass the traffic was a game changer. The owners were very nice and we were able to park our vehicle behind their shop for the day while we rode. Can't wait to do it again. Highly recommended!
First of all, let me start by saying everyone at the store has been great. And the bikes are awesome.We purchased two large electric bikes, and they were assembled and delivered the next day. Outstanding, quick service. We used them right away, and we were blown away with how you can still get great exercise—AND, you can go so much farther in such a short time. It really opens up a huge radius around our home that we can now ride to in a reasonable amount of time.We loved the e-bikes so much that we went back to the store several days later. We have a very large family and frequent visitors to the house, so we purchased more of the same bikes. Same great service. Assembled, ready, and delivered in a day.In general, that’s amazing service. The week before Christmas? That’s unbelievable.All the bikes are ready for a big holiday group arriving soon. Can’t wait to enjoy them with friends and family.Highly recommend the shop. And a shout-out to Brian. He expertly handled everything above. ????
This is a great bike shop with a wide variety of bikes to choose from. I bought my Bagi bike from them over 2yrs ago and with over 4100 miles they have kept me rolling with their prompt service. I had researched the Ebike I wanted to buy & Florida Ebikes happened to sell them. The salesperson, Brian was excellent to work with and he had my bike all set up & ready to go when I purchased it. We were full of questions and Allan answered everyone. We bought 2 Bagi ebikes but we didn't test ride one of them and unfortunately when we got home, 1 of the bike's PAS was not working. We took it back and Allan exchanged it immediately. Customer service was outstanding. We spent the rest of the weekend riding them and having so much fun!
